Without sounding too impressed with myself I need to say that I know rather a lot about headphones. I have gone through many different brands and used many different models from each. If you plan on moving about a lot than ear buds are the better choice. I used to compete in snowboarding and ear buds always worked for me but when I travelled between contests I could not get by without my noise cancelling over the ear headphones.
